Diana L. Stanley (1909–1975) was an British artist, painter and illustrator.

She illustrated the original editions of the first four books of The Borrowers in the UK: The Borrowers, The Borrowers Afield, The Borrowers Afloat and The Borrowers Aloft, as well as the short story Poor Stainless, with painting on the covers and black and white plates in the inner pages.

Her other works include her book Within living memory published in 1968, dedicated to townscapes of the Hampshire town of Basingstoke, her book Anatomy for Artists published in 1951, as well as illustrations for other books such as Worzel Gummidge and Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
