It’s called “Les Nolépitois” and appears in two parts in the March 29 and April 5 1963 issues of the French version of Elle magazine. According to J.-B. Baronian, Simenon called it “a kind of Christmas tale for children and adults alike,” from a dream his wife had. Though apparently there was a limited samizdat edition…
